Dr. Rodgers Lubilo

Dr Lubilo is the Board Chairperson of the Zambia CBNRM Forum. He is a regional CBNRM governance specialist in Southern Africa and focuses on capacity building, facilitation of meetings and workshops with targeted communities within the SADC region.
